Adolf Hitler: A Balanced Overview

leave a comment »

Adolf Hitler has and will always be known as an individualist and opportunist.  He has and will always be known as someone with major mental issues who became a leader of a country that required a strong presence in the eye of the public.  It is no doubt that his economical decision to dig Germany out of a sinking unemployment and providing change during a time where previous leadership had continued to follow the same direction the past 50 years.  Unfortunately for Hitler, his choices in everything he did, good and bad, will always be under-rated.  The creation of the Third Reich was in part due to German citizens supporting such a change and Adolf Hitler himself claimed himself to be of a higher calling because of his duty in over 50 separate battles.  His survival again and again sent a powerful message to the public, but it sent even far more powerful message to Hitler’s ideaology.

It is extrememly unfortunate that history will teach just the greed and tyranny he inflicted on European leaders, his all or nothing strategy to war, and of course the over 9 million who were killed in concentration camps.  I believe what Adolf Hitler did was the most modern murdering on a grand scale anyone has ever witnessed and the lesson from his greed and determination should always be an example of what a free society should never have to experience.  Though Hitler, and his close adviser’s during that time were superior to any ground military due to the strategy they implemented on the ground and in the air to support the ground military and the fear into the hearts of the populace they were attacking.

It is very clear that this strategy created what we now know as the Geneva Convention.  Though his military strategy was highly suggested in both combat operations in Iraq in 1991 and again in 2003.  Hitler’s economic reform of the unemployment situation changed the way Germany imports their goods and in five years had higher sales in exports then imports and created far more jobs for certain goods once imported outside the country.  What destroyed Hitler was his believe that he was meant for a higher calling.  His over confidence destroyed the Third Reich and himself over time.  The populace of Germany supported much of what Hitler did… even the invasion of many of the countries.  They supported it because prior to doing so he convinced a country that they could trust a new party in their government and he had not steered them wrong or misled them.  Hitler was the first leader of Germany in over 100 years that held his head high for Germans, that came from a lower income family, and that made promises that were met.

Adolf Hitler will always go down in history as a greedy individualist because the only thing that truly destroyed Hitler was himself.  I believe that if Hitler would have taken stricter steps into his warfare and took a bit more time in where or who he conquered and did it with a bit more legitimate politics we would have witnessed a far different history.  His choice to murder millions of Jew’s and than make false justifications against those who weren’t Jewish to kill what he believed was his enemies.

In closing, I have debated this topic a few times, but what I dislike about some people is they claim that Hitler was a racist.  I am an American and find it interesting when others assume situations from the Jesse Owens example in the Olympics and obvious ones related to the Jewish community.  Hitler was an opportunist.  Hitler was a patriot and believed strongly in a country that was built before a heavy Jewish society were established.  Hitlers comments and disgust towards Owen’s had everything to do with a very talented German athelete that also had the ability to win, but came in second or third place depending the event.  Hitler wasn’t racist…he was a conservative patriot with heavy principles in what his country was originally built around.  He made a terrible choice for the murdering of a Jewish society due to his weak-minded experiences as a young adult.  It will always be said that Hitler would have been equal to some of the greatest leaders and smartest thinkers of all time, but his choice to imprison a minority to instill fear will never be forgotten to historians or those inflicted with loved ones of our past.

Bush has left the building!

President Obama’s speech was amazing and very fitting for what needs to take place for our future. Looking beyond the speech…my most favorite moment is watching George W. Bush fly away from Washington D.C. That for me was the best moment and I am very sure many will agree.

Adolf Hitler: Ambitious Reformer and Self-Appointed Hero

In the days to come I will further illustrate Adolf Hitler.  Below is two separate aspects of his life and times…Feel free to comment.

AMBITIOUS REFORMER

SELF-APPOINTED HERO

Michael Jordan

with one comment

Such an athlete deserves his own spot in fame and glory.  His unwaivering attitude toward perfection in the game of basketball was something that will always place Jordan ahead of anyone in the NBA.  His willingness to go the extra distance when himself or others had failed before.  Such charisma he infected his teammates with while in practice demanding the constant focus of one goal…the championship.  His legendary play in the many seasons in which he played for Chicago and then later for Washington was epic to say the least, but more importantly his drive to be clutch no matter his age.  This video is yet another dedication to the one they call “Airness of Basketball”.

The Soldier in Iraq

leave a comment »

I know it has been sometime since I have turned your stomach, but I thought I share some more with you in my opinions.  I have to truly start with my experience on yet another tour in Iraq.  I mean being a soldier in the United States Army these days allows you a lot of accidental free stuff and I openly say do your best to ask around the local businesses and you will find plenty of discounts for soldiers.  Yet, of course the ass children of the world seem to have got the word and entering this army by the hundreds.  I mean some of the most uneducated and plain out stupid of americans have found a way to regain a sense of pride and dignity by entering the U.S. Army.

I mean truly this has been one of the best Army campaigns I have ever heard of.  Everyone loves the soldiers and hates the government.  It is the way it should have been for the veterans of the Vietnam War.  With lessons learned we have realized that dedication and maturity to an armed force is also very satisfying…it says you have put forth the effort to take care of something special…don’t get me wrong I am not bashing that, but I am bashing the retards that enter this army for the bandwagon.  Soldiers who can’t comprehend simple tasks, leaders who have been put to the side until some team or squad decides that we need to use them now.

I advertise freely that many free or discounted things come with this contract, but the price of this war is surely not worth the years spent.  Losing friends, seeing the hatred and separation in our own families on politics has become as popular as our favorite teams.  As adults we have become consumers and sucked forward.  Children yet to be influenced now get indepth tutoring in schools regarding politics and even the military has stuck their own necks in.  From an early age patriotic principles have become more like a reason to clense our sins?

As a soldier for eight years you begin to wonder “Why the additional safety requirements?”  “Where does common sense get lost in disrespect?” and “Where did my freetime and qualifications I have earned gone?”  Every soldier eventually asks themselves these questions.  Some later than others, but still a support builds, an America media sustains it, and the fighting forces continue to bleed through those who do care because many have given everything and received very little in return.  A stereotypical experience that almost any soldier could share with you.

I mean I am not talking about the usual crap everyone experiences in common civilian jobs…I am discussing the unsatisfactory direction that is recieved everyday.  The Soldiers of the United States Army are suppose to have a code of conduct that is far ahead of the normal civilian…in writing and lecture that sounds wonderful, but in practice it is actually as rare as President Bush addressing his failures as a Commander and Chief!  So I leave you with this clip below that gives a small bit of how borring and yet funny our lives can be…well, sometimes.  As Soldiers I pray our common sense holds out individually because our lack of senior leadership looks like our failing economy.

President Emlund’s “State of the Union Address”

leave a comment »

I have been asked what I would say if I had to give a “State of the Union” address. Where would my focus be for this nation…realistically? I heard of this type of problem solving technique to better teach yourself your own principles, values, and purpose for the future of the United States. The fact is that millions of people would play on their own needs and wants. The extra step in this type of attention to detail to the value of the people around you rather than yourself is not new to college professors across the world. So proudly…I present to you with out any college degree…President James C. Emlund’s State of the Union Address.

“Distinguished guests, fellow citizens, and members of congress: Every year, by law and by custom, we meet here to consider those futures all men and women our entitled to freely have with any doubts or miscalculation of the rights that have been officially written in the Constitution of the United States of America. This year, we gather here deeply aware of decisive days that lie ahead.

The country has been utterly damaged from multiple sides for eight long years. It is no doubt in my mind this government has been doing their best to keep this nation heading in a positive and forward direction. In these times of great need or crisis the citizens of a nation have called out. They ask for their hard earned money, the soldiers return from a hardship that has only taken away from American families and have given to a third world country. Iraq is currently in a high level of poverty and even higher rate on the issue of security, nations interest rates drop to feed a broken stock market and even worse what could become a broken international market, and lacking the initiative to secure our own borders promised during times in which should have been resolved during the previous tenure of former President Bush.

So how do we fix the nation Mr. President? I am plagued with this question where ever I go…the how to guide to this nation. The simple scripture that solves this nation and the faults we have led to date. Well, my answer is no different here amongst the few to how I share it amongst the many. It sounds like rhetorical hope, fabricated fantasies, or possibly four fluffy years of similar promises heard for the past fifty years from respectable republicans and even democrats alike. The answer is inside the hearts and minds of every congressman, doctor, judge, lawyer, and most importantly the American soldier and citizen.

Inside such hearts and minds our many questions, but one that can sum them all into one revolves around an infrastructure of communication along lines that must be crossed and achieved by the people with the expertise and knowledge to do as such. Every citizen crosses such roads in day to day life and many forget to ask in this ever forging nation the change it will impact in generations to come. Well, it is time for those forgetful and difficult barriers to be torn down. It is time for the parent, teacher, husband, wife, neighbor, clergymen, close friends and relatives, the poor and wealthy to bridge that crossing and to nod and agree to disagree long enough for such change.

We must find away to look past difference. Major issues have been blind eyed due to our presence in Iraq and policies that will only benefit those well connected. For strong immigration policy, for the men and women that are veterans in our armed services, for an abused and overlooked health care system to take hold, for an economy that our government has inflated with false hope through interest cuts that will only allow sluggish results and not long term reform, and for a foreign policy built around fear and provides nothing towards our future for our nation as a people, for the people, of the people.

As the people to make this change stand to your left and right we must first recognize an education for our children. A nation in which we lay in their gentle hands is only around the corner and the people skills and common sense to deal with foreign nations to diplomatically find such relationships to better our own piece of land on Earth. Finally, once mature a world led by those very children upon our very weathered and wise faces.

I present to you a plan to lower private school cost through the same policy I present congress with using a rule of hard work to build this fine infrastructure of transportation through community service labored by the parents. The hours accumulated will attribute to your ability to earn such an education not just for your child, but as well as yourself if you choose to do as such. The services provided will not only better this nation, but will allow money intended for extra state jobs to be federally funded towards your education.

This type of balance is what this nation needs to bring back reform in every corner of this country. Raising penalties and policy of monopolization when corporations depart the United States for a growing international economy while balancing the unemployed through ensuring such monopolization doesn’t occur by making businesses open stock options for loyal employees after two years of dedication with their company or the option of retirement fund to allow banks and financial institutions to reclaim the damaging effects debt has placed this nation and the very people in which reside.

The money required from the federal government to do majority of what sounds like fantasy is under 7 billion dollars for the next two years. The spending towards the defense department in Iraq alone is 12 billion dollars for one year. The difference is unbelievably staggering. Over the course of the next two years removing one brigade of American soldiers every two months will reduce the overwhelming 24 billion to assist our soldiers in arms for the next two years to only 6 billion every two years in which we will provide to only 4 brigades as we focalize our efforts on the training of security, welfare, and betterment from encroaching insurgent groups that stem from Al Qaeda in Iraq.

This cut-back alone will provide the military with a new focus at home and through training and sustaining a rising number of fatalities against family members or the soldier themselves, and retain members of our armed forces to train younger soldiers. Additionally, 2 brigade teams will be refocused towards the ever growing problem in Afghanistan so border sectarian fighting will have little reason to quell in areas in which insurgents feel they have the upper-hand. Over all this cut-back in spending will be reformed towards a needing and more plaguing agenda after two years.

This nation must fight an international battle and aid those which desire and deserve their freedom from dictatorships. This 18 billion for the next two years will be sent first to our 2 brigades emplaced in Afghanistan. Once handled properly the remaining 15.5 billion will be placed into the healthcare system. All children inside the ages of recently born to 12 years will be enrolled upon arrival at their next check-up with their family doctor. Every child born after January 1, 2011 will be enrolled upon birth until the age of 12 years old. After the child’s twelfth year the parents must provide healthcare or face severe penalties through my plan. At the end of fiscal year return will receive 1/3 of spent healthcare on every child from the IRS to your additional Earned Income Credit in which you all ready receive.

As a nation we can not keep expecting our children will raise themselves with out placing responsibility just towards what we our required by the law, but by moral choice. As parents we must provide for a better life for each and every young generation. This plan will provide security in our choice for better opportunities for the future of our children. The policy recommended will not only provide such a focus to children, but with changing how we handle federal funding and how this government returns such financial need to the people will ensure further generations constructive and bold policies make change for the better.

Universal healthcare isn’t a dream though we must be patient. A process of legal, policy, and fairness must be developed. The children come first as does our economy and ending soldier’s hardships. Taking that into account, a healthcare plan for the children will begin to design a process that will bring in the future of America’s youth as well as ensuring this promise to the people of the United States of America.

In conclusion, as a people of a nation that has always prospered, always driven a bit faster, and determined to dream bigger we must ensure these roads we construct in a system that will assist generations of our future…Roads that reach at times impossible crossings to connect race, sex, our youth, foreign nations, and the purpose to ensure our time is a time of change, a time to construct words of simple theory to real abstract ideas that will give the decades beyond this current leadership the tools to succeed.

Thank you and may your voice be heard and encourage those around you to never be hopeless, and always find the positive in a nation built not just for the wealthy or well connected, but for those that work so hard that deserve the same dreams some take for granted.”

Why vote Obama 08′?

with one comment

I have listened and read enough on the multiple clarifications of “why” the current four politicians seek the vote of the common United States voter.  It is clear that each one have their own agenda’s.  Though I have read and listened time and time again about why each of them should or shouldn’t be voted in…even more points considering the lack of experience, but in the direction this nation is headed what experience does one need to make change?

Really if you think about it everyone has plans and goals to achieve this overall change, but they spend more time bashing each other.  Two specific candidates Mrs. Clinton and Mr. McCain have continued to cause problems for Mr. Obama as the elections continue to press forward.  Is it not clear what Mr. Obama’s opponents have their fears about concerning this election?

Unfortunately, it is true!  Even if you sit and wish to deny it they have spent a lot of thought into what they say against him.  Barack Obama’s approach is no different really then John Kerry’s four years ago, but Mr. Obama presents himself as a politician of change.  A politician that realizes this process of change is not him at all and he admits that.  His honesty, yes is obvious, but we as people complain every year of a candidate sharing the truth.  We get that candidate and we believe “He is too good to be true?”  Really?

I mean if any politician has stated over and over again that he recognizes that he is asking something that a conscience may not be able to comprehend because we are so engrained to consider the realistic sense of Washington.  The inability to do what the people want.  Yet no other candidate has even considered the thought of taking this approach since John F. Kennedy!  Mr. Obama’s style approaching this entire election drives the “American Dream” the underdog inside us all that wish to battle from the underground and build forward.

His approach is similar to not just John F. Kennedy, but Jimmy Carter and is not to far fetch from John Edwards.  His speeches and beliefs revival that of John F. Kennedy, many of his humanitarian and foreign policies relate to Jimmy Carter.  His healthcare and educational plans heavily relate to John Edwards though many voters discredit John Edwards for those ideas.  So what is threatening about Mr. Obama that both Hilary Clinton and John McCain could find their campaign packing up and calling it quits?

Hilary Clinton has for one made herself to be someone by her standards “the most qualified and best deserving”.  Confidence is one thing, but when you have a spouse that holds two major scandals while he was in the White House the fact of your background becomes much clearly dividable between them both.  She is falling slowly and will not recover because Barack Obama has ensured to always stay on the defensive.  So much in fact Hilary has had to fire certain campaign managers to balance her ability to compete.  Beyond that, her plan, if you carefully compare it to a former President resembles her husband’s when he was in office.

Furthermore, her demons in general make Hilary Clinton unable to stand firm on particular topics when she flip flops on over 14 different voting platforms in the last 16 years of “experience”.

John McCain has illustrated his veteran status as if he has become the next Audie Murphy.  He should have sat down with John Kerry and realized his salutes and his past as a naval officer stands little in the eyes of the average American watching corporations get aboard a ship to another country.  McCain’s plan to fix it was find new corporations?  What new corporations?  The economy can’t support the move or such notion.  His foreign policy is ripped straight from the Bush Administration and his laziness for the economy issue has made McCain flip flop and say that he now agrees with the President’s budget plan and certain tax cuts.  Tax cuts in the nature of the bill presented sounded decent, but in the long term do not solve the nation’s dilemma and have many long term holes.

Though what they all fear…even Huckabee…is the fact that Obama has just enough experience to be talented enough to do the job, the grit under his nails not to long ago…many very new voters of 18 years of age might have been in single digits when he did many of these community projects.  Obama has the ability to out debate and strategize openly with little slip up, and ultimately the guy gives speeches that will be echoed into history the way men of the 1940’s and 1960’s perfected the movement of hope, freedom, change, and a better life.  John Edwards couldn’t succeed though his plans relate because he does not move or motivate people.

In conclusion, my point is that beyond being a woman, a man, racist, anti-Christ, cultist, hater, or pessimistic in the end the vote that goes to Obama comes from people that are not brainwashed or have a younger crowd turn out come election day, but the man or woman who can provide purpose, motivate, influence, direct, and simply lead….He may not have all the background of any opponents he is up against, he may not be able to claim the “A” typical heritage of an American back from the 1700’s, or have the connection to achieving some greater plan in Iraq.

Barack Obama also may never satisfy each and every one of our needs, but he has lectured over and over again that he knows this.  He wants American’s to recognize that a nation is falling apart and holding onto by the seams.  Barack Obama governs the way people not just listen too, aspire to become, or even wish to follow.  It has nothing to do with any of that…He makes you consider a nation that is possible.  Places the burden on everyone and tells everyone “If you choose to elect me; your electing yourself because these policies will only work with “self” existence…and the very bridge that built this nation in the beginning and the very meaning of leadership…Motivation, Influence, Purpose…Self Direction!

Vote For Honesty…Vote For Real Change

leave a comment »

Today, the change we seek swept through the Chesapeake and over the Potomac.

We won the state of Maryland. We won the Commonwealth of Virginia. And though we won in Washington D.C., this movement won’t stop until there’s change in Washington. And tonight, we’re on our way.

But we know how much farther we have to go.

We know it takes more than one night – or even one election – to overcome decades of money and the influence; bitter partisanship and petty bickering that’s shut you out, let you down and told you to settle.

We know our road will not be easy.

But we also know that at this moment the cynics can no longer say our hope is false.

We have now won east and west, north and south, and across the heartland of this country we love. We have given young people a reason to believe, and brought folks back to the polls who want to believe again. And we are bringing together Democrats and Independents and Republicans; blacks and whites; Latinos and Asians; small states and big states; Red States and Blue States into a United States of America.

This is the new American majority. This is what change looks like when it happens from the bottom up. And in this election, your voices will be heard.

Because at a time when so many people are struggling to keep up with soaring costs in a sluggish economy, we know that the status quo in Washington just won’t do. Not this time. Not this year. We can’t keep playing the same Washington game with the same Washington players and expect a different result – because it’s a game that ordinary Americans are losing.

It’s a game where lobbyists write check after check and Exxon turns record profits, while you pay the price at the pump, and our planet is put at risk. That’s what happens when lobbyists set the agenda, and that’s why they won’t drown out your voices anymore when I am President of the United States of America

It’s a game where trade deals like NAFTA ship jobs overseas and force parents to compete with their teenagers to work for minimum wage at Wal-Mart. That’s what happens when the American worker doesn’t have a voice at the negotiating table, when leaders change their positions on trade with the politics of the moment, and that’s why we need a President who will listen to Main Street – not just Wall Street; a President who will stand with workers not just when it’s easy, but when it’s hard.

It’s a game where Democrats and Republicans fail to come together year after year after year, while another mother goes without health care for her sick child. That’s why we have to put an end to the division and distraction in Washington, so that we can unite this nation around a common purpose, a higher purpose.

It’s a game where the only way for Democrats to look tough on national security is by talking, and acting and voting like Bush-McCain Republicans, while our troops are sent to fight tour after tour of duty in a war that should’ve never been authorized and should’ve never been waged. That’s what happens when we use 9/11 to scare up votes, and that’s why we need to do more than end a war – we need to end the mindset that got us into war.

That’s the choice in this primary. It’s about whether we choose to play the game, or whether we choose to end it; it’s change that polls well, or change we can believe in; it’s the past versus the future. And when I’m the Democratic nominee for President – that will be the choice in November.

John McCain is an American hero. We honor his service to our nation. But his priorities don’t address the real problems of the American people, because they are bound to the failed policies of the past.

George Bush won’t be on the ballot this November, but his war and his tax cuts for the wealthy will.

When I am the nominee, I will offer a clear choice. John McCain won’t be able to say that I ever supported this war in Iraq, because I opposed it from the beginning. Senator McCain said the other day that we might be mired for a hundred years in Iraq, which is reason enough to not give him four years in the White House.

If we had chosen a different path, the right path, we could have finished the job in Afghanistan, and put more resources into the fight against bin Laden; and instead of spending hundreds of billions of dollars in Baghdad, we could have put that money into our schools and hospitals, our road and bridges – and that’s what the American people need us to do right now.

And I admired Senator McCain when he stood up and said that it offended his “conscience” to support the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy in a time of war; that he couldn’t support a tax cut where “so many of the benefits go to the most fortunate.” But somewhere along the road to the Republican nomination, the Straight Talk Express lost its wheels, because now he’s all for them.

Well I’m not. We can’t keep spending money that we don’t have in a war that we shouldn’t have fought. We can’t keep mortgaging our children’s future on a mountain of debt. We can’t keep driving a wider and wider gap between the few who are rich and the rest who struggle to keep pace. It’s time to turn the page.

We need a new direction in this country. Everywhere I go, I meet Americans who can’t wait another day for change. They’re not just showing up to hear a speech – they need to know that politics can make a difference in their lives, that it’s not too late to reclaim the American Dream.

It’s a dream shared in big cities and small towns; across races, regions and religions – that if you work hard, you can support a family; that if you get sick, there will be health care you can afford; that you can retire with the dignity and security and respect that you have earned; that your kids can get a good education, and young people can go to college even if they’re not rich. That is our common hope. That is the American Dream.

It’s the dream of the father who goes to work before dawn and lies awake at night wondering how he’s going to pay the bills. He needs us to restore fairness to our economy by putting a tax cut into the pockets of working people, and seniors, and struggling homeowners.

It’s the dream of the woman who told me she works the night shift after a full day of college and still can’t afford health care for a sister who’s ill. She needs us to finally come together to make health care affordable and available for every American.

It’s the dream of the senior I met who lost his pension when the company he gave his life to went bankrupt. He doesn’t need bankruptcy laws that protect banks and big lenders. He needs us to protect pensions, not CEO bonuses; and to do what it takes to make sure that the American people can count on Social Security today, tomorrow and forever.

It’s the dream of the teacher who works at Dunkin Donuts after school just to make ends meet. She needs better pay, and more support, and the freedom to do more than just teach to the test. And if her students want to go on to college, they shouldn’t fear decades of debt. That’s why I’ll make college affordable with an annual $4,000 tax credit if you’re willing to do community service, or national service. We will invest in you, but we’ll ask you to invest in your country.

That is our calling in this campaign. To reaffirm that fundamental belief – I am my brother’s keeper, I am my sister’s keeper – that makes us one people, and one nation. It’s time to stand up and reach for what’s possible, because together, people who love their country can change it.

Now when I start talking like this, some folks tell me that I’ve got my head in the clouds. That I need a reality check. That we’re still offering false hope. But my own story tells me that in the United States of America, there has never been anything false about hope.

I should not be here today. I was not born into money or status. I was born to a teenage mom in Hawaii, and my dad left us when I was two. But my family gave me love, they gave me education, and most of all they gave me hope – hope that in America, no dream is beyond our grasp if we reach for it, and fight for it, and work for it.

Because hope is not blind optimism. I know how hard it will be to make these changes. I know this because I fought on the streets of Chicago as a community organizer to bring jobs to the jobless in the shadow of a shuttered steel plant. I’ve fought in the courts as a civil rights lawyer to make sure people weren’t denied their rights because of what they looked like or where they came from. I’ve fought in the legislature to take power away from lobbyists. I’ve won some of those fights, but I’ve lost some of them too. I’ve seen good legislation die because good intentions weren’t backed by a mandate for change.

The politics of hope does not mean hoping things come easy. Because nothing worthwhile in this country has ever happened unless somebody, somewhere stood up when it was hard; stood up when they were told – no you can’t, and said yes we can.

And where better to affirm our ideals than here in Wisconsin, where a century ago the progressive movement was born. It was rooted in the principle that the voices of the people can speak louder than special interests; that citizens can be connected to their government and to one another; and that all of us share a common destiny, an American Dream.

Yes we can reclaim that dream.

Yes we can heal this nation.

The voices of the American people have carried us a great distance on this improbable journey, but we have much further to go. Now we carry our message to farms and factories across this state, and to the cities and small towns of Ohio, to the open plains deep in the heart of Texas, and all the way to Democratic National Convention in Denver; it’s the same message we had when we were up, and when were down; that out of many, we are one; that our destiny will not be written for us, but by us; and that we can cast off our doubts and fears and cynicism because our dream will not be deferred; our future will not be denied; and our time for change has come.

Selfish Earning of Leadership

leave a comment »

So I am 26yrs old and have experienced the hardships that foreshadow maturity and responsibility.  As a teenager I was to “experimental” at times and did marijuana, pills, and even cocaine.  Joined the United States Army and got married to my high school sweetheart that may have not been the wisest of choices as a combination.  I had a troubled younger career and relationship with my ex-wife.  To solve such problems we decided to have children.  As years went forward three deployments; the first challenging my will and drive.  It would ultimately change the views I always had of glory and what clearly defines a “hero”.  During my second deployment I separated ways with my ex-wife and it left me with a better understanding of life due to my solitude.  As this third deployment moves forward my will to succeed has only highlighted what it is I have experienced in my 26 years of life, 8 years of military service, and 5 years of marriage.  I, have views from multiple people, experienced nearly 39 years of life if you add up the responsibility of such experiences above.

I am pleased to have had the wisdom of a 40 year old, but even I am ignorant on the many topics of life, love, and ethics.  Though in all these hardships I had success through so much.  To lead the life I do and the potential in which very few can attribute too.  I have made choices that any one would love to regret and forget, but it is in these life lessons that built the man I am, have and will become.  This life has so many turning points and choices of roads to take.  I do not question my words or actions in the place of my ethics.  My moral bearing is straight forward and I stand the ground I feel my belief towards.  Not many can share that with confidence and with out the proof to back up who I they are.  Many view my blunt and “candorism” as a sign of stupidity.  I never spent a moment; nor will I ever spend a moment considering those who haven’t spoke up, those who refuse to stand for the rights of those who deserve to be recognized, or will consider the fact of undisciplined laziness.

Standing confident of a cause, purpose, or motive by moral or ethic reasoning is all I ask when anything is professionally handled in any degree in my personal life or my career.  No matter the many that brush the notion aside; I have refused to take the easy route, and if I had I wouldn’t be so bold to tell it here.  I have always respected those veterans before me, those who will come after me, or those elders in general that have taught me the intent of the true meaning and responsibility that is placed upon me.  I highly discourage and share disgust against those that seek an easy fix to a consuming problem.  To recognize innovation and assume opinion is the most conceited and truly immature act any leader, spouse, friend, Soldier, or partner could ever do.

To act upon an issues at the right time because it is the right thing to do ethically or morally is again not a leader or someone who has the principles to be as such.  Those with great wisdom understand that long term goals must be established with multiple short and mid term adjustments to reach the end state everyone wishes to achieve.  We as American’s would not be as such with out these simple values.  To assume, by any means, that you have principles, ethics, morals, or any other valuable considerations towards anyone you lead or wish to mentor with out understanding the responsibility you, yourself bring to the table is utterly all ready in failure.  For example, the United States Army and the future of the NCO Corp is an example of such failure recently.  Yet, day by day, young and older Soldiers in this Army we give rank our with out the experience to be mature of their own reactions before they take on the heavy burden of someone else’s life.

I have spent years in shadows of others to understand a quality that is even at time beyond my own grasp of understanding, but yet others think they have a secret pocket guide to doing something they couldn’t dare comprehend.  As Soldiers or any other career path you choose is the mold you become.  That mold can be weathered or eventually sculpted into something that balances your views, but you can never return and chip away everything you have gained or habitually grasped to change…If you were to do so you would have to crumble everything you once accomplished and place it behind you and restart a new fresh look.

A process to change you and what you wish to never become again is too late.  Rejecting your past is like forgetting what mistakes makes you learn.  You can always hide emotions, mental or physical limitations, or religious changes, but you will always be just that…someone who stands for what sounds right or typical for today.  Leaders, have backbone, they make mistakes they utterly change peoples lives…As a leader I prefer to have truth, honesty, humility, and overall strength and duty in hard times.  People who can’t admit their own ugly past are people that need not become leaders or stay in position to influence others a direction that will fatefully lead them somewhere ethically wrong because the “leader” doesn’t even know how gauge their own principles or realize that they influence change and they in the end make change.

It saddens me to witness that when it comes to ethics and how I sit in classes designed to prove that is few and far between.  I take heat rounds and absorb that in which I fault, but I never allow those who are unwilling to recognize that the finger they point better be clean of unrecognized weaknesses before it becomes pointed at me because I refuse to bend my ethics for leaders who have decided to choose an easy fix to a problem, a way to point fingers at others, or those who find there “self” more important than a “CAUSE”.

“You have destroyed my good standing in this unit!” -K. Ke’ Duce- (name scrambled to save identity)

The tunnel vision of what someone deserves is clearly defined by the amount in which they demand themselves…such as the quote above.  You can’t state “yourself” or “you” in a sentence to often when considering a role as a leader or you tend to start looking a bit foolish…My point in all of this… is my cause which is to bring soldiers home safe, mentor them through honesty and humility, show them a perfect leader is one who admits fault, and to know when to step aside and watch them lead others the way you taught them; not get married to my Soldiers, pretend to deserve an honor reserved to those that received Bronze Stars for actions beyond a computer desk, turn their head when it is needed most, and to place the burden on the shoulders of every peer around them.  How funny that when I speak of my ethics those who pretend to deserve something they never earned shut their mouths and listen…or even read?

So these are my words, written in my context, and weathered into my beliefs over 26yrs of my life.  An Army can question such activity through the internet, point fingers at what is true and what isn’t, but life I have always believed is what I am ready for… humility, for all those “finger pointers”, for what others might be afraid to hear.  The only question I would like you to answer before considering what I wrote was unjust or unbiased… What do you hide?

Just maybe I grabbed your intent long enough to recognize that change is always good, but we can’t forget what got us to the point of changing; the faults that assisted this very wisdom because when that happens we forget the “Cause” in it’s self.

Couple Fucking Pages Later In My Book

leave a comment »

A bit of silence has fell over my page recently, but do not be alarmed I am on vacation and gathering my thoughts for yet another masterpiece.  As I was sitting late one night I thought of a concept for sharing some bits and pieces of popular gossip, urban legend, and what ever the hell you might call it.  Now some may be a bit outdated, but historical never the less.  Nothing beats the topic of everyday life except the gossip that surrounds the unique drama we all make when emotions start flying.  Everyone shares their moments eventually…some more interesting then others, but the best are the people that never have the mental breakdowns daily cause those people going fucking bonkers!  So I have compiled a few of the topics that rank high on my weird list of gossip to share.

defined-”The Michael Jackson Disease”- A phrase to describe the celebrity that grows-up in our lifetime on our TV or Movies that tend to create great gossip due to their disfunctional life and make us all realize “Aw, we are still normal.”

A celebrity who needs nothing more than his fists and his bite…the former undisputed champion of Heavyweight Boxing…Mike Tyson.  Though oddly recently he is not showcasing either…Why you might ask?  Well, Mr. Tyson has retired from the sport telling one interviewer “I don’t want to embarrass the sport of boxing or myself.”  Oddly, I believe you have achieved that all ready, but hey whatever…cause your a millionaire and shit like that doesn’t matter.

Well, the gossip is clearly soaking around PETA (People for Ethical Treatment for Anaimal) Yes, my favorite topic of gossip!  These people need more help then anyone.  How can you truly support what PETA stands for?  A lot of poeple find ignorance when educated facts or bashing is the form in which you protest your opinion.  I find PETA to achieve the greatest ignorance and immaturities listed to man today.  Take for example their protest on the subject of wearing fur.  They prance around naked with signs that support the cause yet isn’t this public nudity?  They also write letters with flaming response to film studios and key leaders sighting harrassment and very disgusting remarks, but this organization at the end of the year claims themselves as a group titled to tax reduction because of the money they fund other organizations that support the PETA cause.  I might not see a problem with that if they didn’t support and finance a few of the U.S. Governments top listed United States terrorist groups.

The PETA organization also sponsor sex and partial nudity in their campaign and include children for recruitment ads as they parade around near schools promoting these programs.  When do we as people take a stand and realize that this organization is responsible for over 14,000 deaths to animals due to not being able to find a proper home.  They are no better then what they assume to promote in each and everyone of us.  If you don’t believe me, please research yourself…you can start here.

So while we are on the topic of strange organizations thought I throw out the idea of the campaign offices of Mrs. Clinton and her “Clinton Fans”.  Why in the fuck would someone vote Clinton?  Did we not experience enough of this family from 1993 to 2001?  Let me recap…The first World trade Center bombing took place, U.S.S. Cole was attacked, promises made by Bill were never met, A lack luster approach to Saddam’s violations to Iraq sactions, the forming of the Patriot Act wasn’t approved which further led to what many agree was the Last World trade Center bombing, and the best of them all the President who received public coverage concerning his relationships with other women and the blwojobs under the desk in the oval office…along with  a very interesting way to prepare a cigar with the usage of another woman’s vag….

Now go ahead….tell me that had nothing to do with Hilary Clinton?  Tell me that her involvement in any of that did not take place?  Well, folks…if she is elected that means Bill Clinton will grace the White house once again, and the loads of shit she presents and her conceited attitude will not be singled just to her estranged First Man.  The United States I feel is to an extent ready for a woman President.  I think the United States has been ready for a black President (as long as certain ones with extreme religious views stay at the 1% of the population).  Though the U.S. is not ready for Mrs. Clinton because she carries her baggage not only in her ass, but with her spouse who is as mindless of Homeland Security as she is.  Her thoughtful debates have made her become some kind of savior to this government…yet her role in politics has been a pile of elephant shit; nor is she anywhere ready for the challenges faced with the current War on Terrorism.

While I am on just utterly retarded shit….Here is a few things I look for everyday and can’t wait to find some results….

When will Amy Winehouse just fucking DIE?

Why would fucking Hulk Hogan’s wife attempt to file for divorce…and take back and explain it was all due teaching her husband a lesson?  Who the fuck is she?  Her son almost killed in an accident during the same time and then says “Let me create some more fucking drama” so she wants to teach him a lesson?  Fuck that bitch…teach a lesson to your whore of a daughter!

Why is anyone surprised Kirsten Dunst has joined rehab?  Doesn’t she not frequent enough bars as she is bi-weekly illustrated on multiple magazines?  Holy SHIT, her joining rehab should have been just as expected as that fat, former blonde singer who shaved her head and went ape shit and lost her kids…funny how some American’s say she deserves another chance…Ok…first, she isn’t helping by not showing up to court for the rights of her children…and being a fucking lush is her M.O. so why change now?  It worked for Madonna!

Last, but not least, before I sign off here is a great actor and a shitty Scientologist, Tom Cruise.  It has been rumored he is the Second in Command of his religious cult…notice that if Tom Cruise is the Second in Command of something in a hollywood movie…ok…but for a cult?  Why would you believe in such a thing?  I understand we all have a religion that believes in the end of the world in someway…most of them believe that something amazing afterwards will take place if you follow closly to the religion…yet, what is it exactly those who believe in Scientology receive?  A fucking luxury scapeship with their own personal surround system…maybe 72 scientists for their own pleasure…And to top off this mess majority of the world finds this “cult” an annoying anal plug and some consider it a business.  The man who created it, L. Ron Howard, was not only a racist, womanizing, dead beat father, and he presonally shared with Reader’s Digest in May 1980 “Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own religion.”  Sounds like one fucked up Prophet…funny, he doesn’t compare much to biblical standards….or does he?

So I conclude with a bit of more crazy gossip that I just shake my head and quickly chase my disgust with a few shots of Jack.  I continual am amazed by the stupidity we as American’s and a world showcase.  If aliens were to ever invade they would kill us based on how fucking terribly primative we have remained.  If that day comes I just hope they attack the Scientologist’s first and make peace with us JEDI using padawans.  Oh, and of course we as JEDi would suggest that anyone opressed in the past 75 years be left alone….African Americans, Jews, the blue whales, and not to forget Al Gore due to our global warming issues which will not pose well for new neighbors…Though I would seek that shelter if you are christians or muslims….everyone is really fucking tired of your religious shit!

Not to forget the Catholics…they have been specially separated since they always seem so fucking special and different from christians…I would suggest a painful first exist right after the Tom Cruise and Scientologist to scare the shit out of the those seeking shelter!
